Our Commitment
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA as our standard for this website and the products we build, in the spirit of the Accessible Canada Act. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time box to tick.
What We Do
We design for readable colour contrast, keyboard navigation, meaningful alternative text on images, semantic structure for screen readers, and layouts that adapt to different screen sizes and zoom levels. We consider accessibility as we build, not as an afterthought.
Known Limitations
We're not perfect, and some third-party embeds (such as booking or chat widgets) may not fully meet our standard. Where we find gaps, we work to fix them or offer an alternative way to get the same result.
