The Whole Product.Front End to Back End.
Front to back
the entire product, built end to end
We built a construction CRM for a tech company — the entire product, front end and back end — and it is about to go to market. It quotes the work, invoices the client, schedules the crew and follows up on the money, with an AI assistant whose every client-facing step is approved through AltaGate.
A Product, Not a Project.
Most of our builds run one business. This one had to run many. The client is a tech company bringing a CRM to construction companies, so every screen had to work for a contractor they had never met, set up the way that contractor works.
They needed one team that could build the whole thing rather than a piece of it, and that already understood how a construction business runs: a quote turns into a job, a job needs a crew, the work gets invoiced and the money has to come in.
Each construction company that signs up gets its own private workspace, set up for its trade and its branding, and the tech company runs the platform from its own back office: signing up new customers, setting them up and supporting them.

The Whole Job, in One System.
Everything a contractor's back office does, from the first call to the final payment. Companies can start with quoting and invoicing and switch the rest on as they go.
Win the work
Lead capture and a full customer pipeline, a structured quote builder for scope, materials, labour and terms, AI-drafted estimates from a few lines, and quotes the client accepts and e-signs online through their own portal.
Run the job
Jobs, stages and a live schedule board, crew hours with GPS clock-in tied to the job site, an equipment register, a live map of jobs and crews, and photos, notes and status updates for the client.
Get paid
Invoices, deposits and progress draws, card payments and e-transfers matched to invoices automatically, profit and loss, receivables, GST and job margins, and overdue reminders the contractor approves before they go.
An Assistant That Does the Work,Approved Through AltaGate.
The AI is built into the whole system rather than bolted onto one screen. It drafts the follow-up, the quote and the reminder, spots the overdue invoice and the quote nobody sent, and works from one inbox for email, text, Messenger and calls. Every client-facing step it takes waits for the contractor's approval, and that approval runs on AltaGate, AltaPro AI's approval gate, built into the platform through a partnership. Nothing goes out without the contractor's say-so.
Architecture & The Hard Parts.
The real engineering — what the system is built on, and the non-obvious problems that had to be solved to make it hold up in production.
Built to Be Sold, Not Just to Work
No two contractors price, schedule or invoice the same way. A product has to fit every company that signs up, through settings rather than a new build for each one, and be set up by people who have never spoken to us.
Keeping Companies Apart
Many construction companies share one platform, and none of them should ever see another's customers, prices or numbers. That separation had to hold everywhere, not just on the screens people look at.
Money Has to Be Right
Quotes, invoices and payments carry real money for real businesses. Totals, taxes and payments have to agree from the first quote to the last receipt, for every company on the platform.
Built to Keep Running
A product other businesses run on cannot have a bad week. It was built with the checks and safeguards a live platform needs, so it keeps working as it grows after launch.
Out of respect for our client
We will talk architecture, but the specifics stay private: how this system prices, the rates it runs on, and how it is tuned to this business belong to our client, and we keep them that way. When we build for you, your systems and your numbers get the same discretion.
